Mobile app versus browser
Our native app and PWA both offer offline caching, so you can browse game menus and view your account balance even without an active connection. The app sends push notifications when major sportsbook odds shift—Liga 1 matches, Piala AFF fixtures—or when a live table becomes available. Browser access is lighter on storage and works on any device, but requires a live internet connection at all times. We support Android 7.0 and later, and iOS 12 and later. Most phones and tablets from the last six years meet these requirements. Common installation issues
If your phone blocks the APK with a security warning, this is normal. Android flags any app from an unknown source. To proceed, open Settings → Security → Unknown Sources (or "Install Unknown Apps" on newer versions) and enable installation. If the APK fails mid-download, your internet may have dropped; retry the download. If the app crashes on launch, clear your device cache under Settings → Apps → bisabet → Storage → Clear Cache, then restart. Certificate-trust errors are rare but occur if your device date or time is wrong; check your system clock. For browser users, if pages load slowly, try another browser or clear cached data.
Data, permissions, and account security
We request permission to access your internet connection only. The app does not access your contacts, location, or files without your explicit consent. All account data—usernames, email addresses, deposit history—is encrypted in transit and stored on secure servers. When you log in, your password is hashed and never transmitted in plain text. We use HTTPS for every page and API call, so third parties cannot intercept your session. If you lose your phone, you can log in from another device and change your password immediately, locking out any prior session.
